Woman kills her baby, throws him in WC

A woman from Chisinau who asphyxiated her two-month-old child and then threw him in the toilet was sentenced to 14 years in closed-type prison, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communique, the Prosecutor General's Office says the woman lost her temper as the baby did not stop crying. She put a pillow over his face and suffocated him. She then put him in a purse and threw him in a public toilet in “Valea Morilor” Park. When she committed the crime, the woman was 21. Earlier, she was convicted of theft. The woman has two more minor children who remained in the care of their grandmother. The sentence can be appealed to a higher court.
