Viorel Doagă will hold the position of head of the Customs Service on an interim basis. A draft decision to this effect was approved by the Cabinet on Wednesday, IPN reports.
Viorel Doagă has worked for about 20 years in the Customs Service. In 2019, he also held this post on an interim basis.
Also today, Igor Talmazan was dismissed from the post of head of the Customs Service, based on his resignation. Prime Minister Dorin Recean noted the integrity and correctness of the former head of the Customs Service, underlining that “he is an example for civil servants.”
At the same meeting, Nadejda Burciu was discharged from the position of secretary of state of the Ministry of Justice from April 10, while Ruslan Lungu was appointed instead of her.
Ion Crețu was named deputy director general of the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadaster Agency from April 15 after he won the relevant contest.
