The Civil Aviation Authority digitizes the issuance of certificates for aircraft certification and maintenance personnel. The service is provided free of charge, IPN reports.

According to the Authority, together with the digitization of certificates, the process will be simplified, and the waiting time for passengers will be reduced. Applicants will also be able to follow the application processing stages online.

The service will be accessible 24/7.

Electronic signature holders can submit applications online through the Public Services Portal or directly on the platform https://actpermisiv.gov.md/#/ep/permit/190

The Aviation Personnel Certificate certifies the skills and qualifications necessary for the operation, maintenance and supervision of aircraft. The period of validity of the certificate is 5 years.
