Non-reimbursable project financing for Moldova. Deadline is April 13

Organizations based in Romania and abroad can apply for funding for projects dedicated to citizens of the Republic of Moldova, starting with the official opening of the non-reimbursable financing session for 2025, launched by the Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova. The deadline for applications is April 13, IPN reports.

Associations, foundations, religious organizations, nongovernmental organizations, authorized individuals, public or private institutions in Romania and abroad can apply, provided that the proposed projects support communities in the Republic of Moldova in areas such as culture, media, education, civil society, spirituality and traditions.

Applications for funding must be sent by email to programe@drrm.gov.ro and must comply with the provisions  of the Non-Reimbursable Financing Guide.

According to Department for Relations with the Republic of Moldova, the projects will be approved within the available budget and based on the principles of free competition, transparency, efficient use of public funds. If the file is not complete or does not comply with the requirements of the financing guide, the application will be rejected without this being admitted to the evaluation stage.
