The taxpayers from Chisinau who received notices to pay the property tax can benefit from a reduction of 15% of the calculated amount if they fully pay the tax for the fiscal year by June 30, IPN reports.

According to the Chisinau City Hall, the tax can be paid at banks, post offices or through www.mpav.gov.md. The property tax can be also paid in equal installments by August 15 and October 15 each year.

If the property tax is not cleared by the mentioned deadlines, the taxpayers will pay a penalty of 0.07% for each day of delay.
