As many as 36 health centers will be constructed or renovated in the country by the end of this year. The project is implemented by the Health Ministry from the loan provided by the World Bank within the Health Services and Social Assistance Project. Silvia Volosatyi, head of the Health Ministry’s Capital Investments Division, has told Info-Prim Neo that two of the 36 health centers, in Soldanesti and Sangerei, will be refurbished. A new center was already built in Saiti village of Causeni district. The works were finished recently. Another 33 centers will be constructed by the end of 2013. An estimated US$9 million will be needed for the works. The project will be completed on December 31, 2013.
