Following the additional national Baccalaureate exams session, the number of graduates who passed the exams grew by 1,265 to 13,845. Thus, the exam pass rate now stands at 76.68%, as opposed to 69.68% after the basic session, IPN reports.
The Ministry of Education and Research said that the pass rate for high school graduates is 95.47%, for graduates of colleges and centers of excellence – 58.27%, for candidates from universities – 57.14%, and for external candidates – 52.02%. The pass rate for candidates who failed to pass exams the previous sessions is 23.50%.
On July 24-25, the candidates can see online their graded test papers and the grades in each exam on www.bac.gov.md. In the period, candidates who do not agree with the grades can submit appeals to the baccalaureate centers where they took the exam, between 09.00 a.m and 06:00 p.m.
