The Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices registered the producer prices for 238 pharmaceutical products. The producers reduced the prices of 180 medicines by 12.66% on average compared with those approved earlier in the National Catalogue of Prices. In 40 cases, the producer prices were registered for the first time, in nine cases these were identical, while the prices of two types of drugs were increased. The prices of seven generic medicines were reassessed after the registration of prices for the original drugs.

About 42% of the pharmaceutical products approved this July with new producer prices are imported from the Commonwealth of Independent States, while over 38% from the EU member states.

Currently, the National Catalogue of Drug Producer Prices contains about 4,200 producer prices.
