Mircea Maleca resigned from the post of director of the national airline Air Moldova. He tendered his resignation to the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure. The information was confirmed for IPN by the minister’s consultant Vitalie Rapcea.

In his application, Mircea Maleca says that he resigns for personal reasons. His resignation is to be accepted at the August 12 meeting of the Government.

Mircea Maleca was named director of Air Moldova in July 2013. Earlier, he held the post of the company’s financial director.
