The border police identified two units of transport loaded with barrels of alcohol on the territory of a tractor company situated in Tarnova village of Edinet district. The owner couldn’t show documents of origin for the 12 tonnes of alcohol assessed at almost 1 million lei, IPN reports.

The searches at the company were performed following relevant information collected during several months. The trucks were found there as a result of inspections.

There were also seized mobile phones, SIM cards and other objects that can be used as evidence in the criminal case. The investigation goes on.
