A girl was born in the Emergency Hospital. Eufalia Negreata, executive doctor of Chisinau Emergency Service, told Info-Prim Neo girl’s mother, aged 26, came to the hospital because she had injured her lip. While waiting to be consulted, the labor occurred. Assisted by the gynecologist on duty, she gave birth to her third baby, a healthy girl. An ambulance transported her to the Maternity Hospital no.1. An 11-year-old girl in Durlesti was hospitalized at Valentin Ignatenco Hospital after she had fallen from a tree. Initially, she was afraid her parents would chide her and didn’t tell them about the incident. However, in evening her pain grew so strong she confessed her parents, who immediately called the ambulance. Doctors found she had suffered contusions of internal organs and of the lumbar area. Over the last 24 hours, the Emergency Service responded to 692 calls, including 58 trauma cases, 21 acute diarrheic diseases, 15 pneumonias, 22 births, 9 strokes and 2 heart attacks.
