The Chisinau Municipal Mortgage Agency AMIC proposes modern solutions close to European standards, suitable for dwellers, for maintaining and administering the housing sector in Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting sources from the company. The methods used by AMIC are much more efficient than the existing methods for managing the municipal housing sector, privatized dwelling associations and home building cooperatives, said Nicolae Rusu, the head of the company’s sales department.
“In order to have a decent living, it is not enough to purchase a modern apartment in a new building. It is necessary to appropriately maintain the apartment building together with the piping system, the equipment installed in the block, the adjacent zone and the access road,” Nicolae Rusu explained the principles proposed by them.
Therefore, AMIC entrusted the administration of the buildings constructed by it to a private company that deals with all the problems faced by the dwellers. Currently, “Servcomloc, with which AMIC has a cooperation contract, manages all the buildings erected by AMIC, which include 2,300 apartments.
The given company assumed responsibility for solving a number of pressing problems encountered by the dwellers in the relations with such service providers as “Apa-Canal Chisinau”, “Union Fenosa”, “Autosalubritate” and “Liftservice”, through contracts signed with them.
“Servcomloc” calculates the expenses in a centralized way. The dwellers can pay the bills at any bank, not using cash inside the block. This way, the money is not misused and there are prevented financial scams.
AMIC offers its investors not only modern and comfortable apartments, but also services of a high quality in maintaining the constructed buildings. The dwellers of the buildings administered by “Servcomloc” face much fewer problems concerning the difference in the volumes registered by the meters in apartments and those from the branch pipe, garbage collection, outfitting of the playing grounds for children etc. The stairs of the blocks and the adjoining zone are cleaned every day. The stairs are washed two times a week. All the services are provided at the charges approved by the Chisinau Municipal Council, i.e. 1 leu per square meter of area.
The ensuring of the smooth running of the apartment buildings is the guarantee of the quality of all the services and a condition that the first extensive repair works will be carried out in 30-35 years, not sooner, the representative of the Chisinau Municipal Mortgage Agency AMIC said.
