Applicants for exams of gymnasium graduation must be at least 16 year old and must have learned individually the contents included in the gymnasium curriculum. Applicants for baccalaureate exams must be at least 19 years old, graduates of medium schools of general education, professional schools with a 3 year durations of studies, people with at least two years of high school, graduates of collegiums and students of higher education institutions who have been accepted with a medium school of general culture graduation certificate. The application form can be found of the webpage of the Agency of Evaluation and Examination www.aee.edu.md. The gymnasium exams will take place between June 4 and 14 and the baccalaureate exams between June 5 and 22. 800 people applied for external baccalaureate exams in 2011.
