Citizens, through EVO application, can make appointments for 12 public services. The first integrated institutions are: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including embassies and consulates, the National Archives Agency, and the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship, IPN reports.
The Government’s spokesman Daniel Vodă said that when accessing the application, the applicant will choose the needed institution and service, select the date and time, enter the personal data, and then the appointment is saved.
"The module allows easy management of appointments, offering the following additional functionalities – appointment details, adding of the appointment to the personal calendar, location of the office and cancellation of the appointment, in case you no longer need it. To use this module, users need to update the app. Respectively, whoever downloaded the EVO should update it. Those who have not downloaded, hurry up to do it so that you can benefit from the digital services offered by the Government of the Republic of Moldova," said Daniel Vodă.
EVO is an application developed by the state with the sport of development partners, meant to facilitate the citizens' interaction with the state and public services. In order to use it, citizens must have an electronic signature.
