Romanian MP Boris Volosatyi, a member of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians, urged the Romanians everywhere to vote in the European Parliament elections on June 9 and support the AUR political team. At a press conference, the politician encouraged the electors to vote for the future of their children and grandchildren, stressing the importance of not letting someone else decide their fate for them, IPN reports.

“On June 9, vote not for those who remember Bessarabian Romanians every four or five years, when it is their turn to get a mandate in the motherland. Vote for those who have never forgotten who you are, who we, the Bessarabian Romanians are, why we are separated from the motherland today. Those who knew and know the historical and geographic truth, those who have the reunification of the Romanian country in their program, in their founding documents,” said Boris Volosatyi.

Head of the Women'’ Organization of the Alliance for the Union of Romanians Veronica Pascal said that the European Parliament is the forum where the fate of all the countries is decided, which is why Romania has the obligation to send its best MPs to the European Parliament. “The Alliance for the Union of Romanians made the candidates known to the people a year before and not only to make them known, but also to pass them through the sieve of hardships. Those who coped today can be found in the list of candidates for MEPs,” stated said Veronica Pascal.

The Romanians everywhere are encouraged to vote in large numbers. “June 9 is the day of change. It is for you, for Romania, for the reintegration of the Republic of Moldova in the motherland,” stated Veronica Pascal.

Fifty-two polling stations will be established in Moldova for the European Parliament elections.
