The Chisinau beaches have been prepared for the warm season. In the May 25 meeting of officials of Chisinau services and subdivisions, the head of the Green Areas Association Eliferii Haruta said all the works to lay out the recreational areas were completed, IPN reports.

Eliferii Haruta stated the benches at all the beaches in Chisinau were painted. There were repaired the changing and shower cubicles. The grass is being mowed and flowers are being planted. Workers of the Green Areas Association will perform cleanup and maintenance works.

There are seven public beaches in Chisinau municipality.
