The bodies of three young men, who went missing three months ago, were taken out of a lake situated in Ciocana district of Chisinau on February 27.

Prosecutor of Ciocana district Ruslan Popov has told IPN that the police were called by the lake’s guard. He saw the bodies floating on the water. The bodies had no visible signs of violent death. Personal belongings were found on them.

The three were reported missing in the middle of December. An investigation is under way. The medical examiners are to find out the exact cause of death.
