The head of the Bureau for Diaspora Relations Olga Coptu and the representative of the Moldovan diaspora in the UK Tamara Schiopu signed a cooperation agreement to promote and organize the Fasting Fair “Vegan Show”. The event will take place at the National Children’s and Youth Center “Artico” in Chisinau during March 31 – April 1, IPN reports.
The sides will coordinate the working plan for promoting and appropriately holding the event. Under the agreement, the Bureau for Diaspora Relations will also support volunteering-based activities.
This year’s edition of the Fasting Fair “Vegan Show” will lay emphasis on the healthy lifestyle, balanced eating, water, national organic products, vegan and fasting products. The fair supports the charity cause “We Beat Cystic Fibrosis in Moldova”.
There will be laid out six thematic regions. The Fair region will sell agri-food products, medicinal plants, drinking water, recipes, kitchen tools, etc. The Catering region “Cafe Vegan” will serve fasting food prepared on the spot.
The Gastronomic Theater region “Vegan Master Class” will host events to taste vegan food prepared by professionals. The Recreational-Educational region will provide children’s activities and games.
The Lifestyle region will host aroma therapy and message sessions, while the Health Tribune region will present aspects of a healthy lifestyle, eating, hydration, naturist cosmetics, questions and answers with medical specialists.
Entrance will be free of charge.
