An automated information system that will include updated qualifications was instituted by a Government decision approved on December 5, IPN reports.

The register will contain the qualifications from the National Qualifications Framework of Moldova that includes all the levels and forms of education.

The creation of the register is determined by the lack of a common information system concerning the qualifications from the National Qualifications Framework and of systemization of national professional qualifications depending on the qualification levels and areas of professional formation .

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Research will monitor how the National Qualifications Register is kept.
