The Prosecutor General's office completed the investigation and sent the case opened against the former police chief of Chisinau Iacob Gumenita to the Centru District Court on May 26, Info-Prim Neo reports. Iacob Gumenita is accused of misuse of power during the April 2009 events. He will remain under house arrest until June 9.
