Case of Valeriu Boboc's death close to completion

Prime Minister Vlad Filat on January 29 announced that the investigation into Valeriu Boboc's death is close to an end. Valeriu Boboc died after the April 7, 2009 protests in suspicious circumstances, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Premier said there are other cases that follow to be elucidated, especially the cases of Maxim Canishchev, Eugen Tap and Ion Tibuleac. Vlad Filat also said that the prosecutors, medical examiners and international experts cooperate in solving these cases. “We must establish what goals were pursued and why. The cases opened against us must be also clarified. We must know what their aim was,” he added.
