The nongovernmental organization CCF Moldova held a charity event on Friday night to raise money for three groups of brothers from vulnerable families, who need clothes and footwear. The proceeds from the Caroling Evening topped 5,700 lei. Tatiana Codreanu, communication and fundraising coordinator at CCF Moldova, told Info-Prim Neo that the event featured 9 popular singers. Most proceeds came from the sale of tickets to this concert, which took place in downtown Chisinau. Guests also had the opportunity to take hand-made greeting cards and make donations in return. Some of the guests also brought clothes for the 10 children. The proceeds will go to buy footwear and food packs for the children. Previously, CCF Moldova held similar charity events as well, but at a smaller scale.
