A 52-year-old man from Hancesti has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for killing his neighbor with a chair. He had previously spent 13 years in jail for murdering his mother the same way, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a press release from the Prosecutor General's Office, the man visited his neighbor and got drunk. When he returned home, he remembered his neighbor had reprimanded him for killing his own mother. He went back to him, grabbed a chair and beat his neighbor to death. The 20-year sentence is still subject to appeal.
