China will over 50 million yuan, which is the equivalent of US$8 million, to Moldova in non-reimbursable assistance. The agreement signed on July 10 was approved in the August 21 meeting of the Government, IPN reports.

The money is intended for implementing economic-technical cooperation and social development projects.

The aim of the agreement between the Government of Moldova and the Government of the People’s Republic of China is to develop the national economy and to increase living standards.
