SA Termocom Friday sequestrated the car of a Chisinau inhabitant in exchange for the heating debt in the presence of legal enforcers, Info-Prim reports. The decision to sequester the car was made by the court. The person in debt was given a term to voluntarily pay the debt of over 16,000 lei plus court costs. When the term expired, his Mercedes 410 D car was confiscated, the heat supplier says in a communiqué. In order to avoid paying for the transportation of the car, the man drove it to the parking lot of Termocom himself. He can recover the car if he pays the debt within 10 days. Otherwise, the car will be put up for auction. SA Termocom calls on the Chisinau residents to immediately pay their debts for heating.
