Chisinau to host three agricultural exhibitions

Three agricultural exhibitions will be held in Chisinau from Thursday to Sunday. Moldagrotech, Farmer and the Golden Autumn are hosted by the International Exhibitions Center Moldexpo, IPN reports.

“This year we will have three events in one. It will not be just an exhibition with visual content. We have the support of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is to design an important business plan,” said the director of Moldexpo Zinaida Popa. The program will start with the “Ministry Hour” during which the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry will ensure an exchange of experience, training and networking for visitors.

“We want an interactive exhibition in which the Ministry’s employees discuss with farmers. We should not mount only a technical exhibition. That is why we extended the “Minister’s Hour” to the “Ministry’s Hour”. We want to build a bridge of dialogue between us and farmers. We will answer farmers’ questions, discuss subsidy measures, what we are going to change in 2025. A drone show and conferences with new technologies will be staged. Also, the Technical University will hold a conference entitled ”Agrogeneration” and will present the new projects it is working on,” said Minister of Agriculture Vladimir Bolea.

According to the organizers, Moldagrotech is a unique event that presents state-of-the-art agricultural equipment and efficient technologies for improving agricultural productivity, brings together industry leaders and presents the most revolutionary solutions for the purpose of transforming the agricultural businesses in Moldova.

The hosts of the event, with a tradition of over four decades, promise that Farmer will be a true hub of innovations in the livestock sector, organic farming, product processing and many other areas. Producers will exhibit artisanal products, specialized machinery and also sustainable solutions for rural businesses.

At the Golden Autumn fair, fresh local agricultural products will be sold, from seasonal fruits and vegetables to artisanal delicacies.

The organizers’ goal is to attract thousands of visitors from Moldova and other countries to the three events, providing both networking opportunities for professionals and a platform for the exchange of knowledge and new ideas in the agro-industrial sector.
