The travelers in Chisinau could report irregularities concerning the movement of trolleybuses in the municipality of Chisinau online. Stickers with a QR-code will be applied in each unit of transport. When this is accessed, a form could be downloaded for the traveler to indicate the problem. This could be send to the email address of the Chisinau Electric Transport Company or placed on the company’s Facebook page.

The company’s director Dorin Chernyi informed about the new complaint submission procedure in the April 1 meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions. He said that in the immediate period, about 900 stickers with QR-codes will be placed in all the trolleybuses in Chisinau.

The Chisinau Electric Transport Company also has a Call Center that the people can use to report irregularities. About 20 complaints are submitted through this daily.
