The company Pelliron, represented in the public space through the websites www.pelliron.md and www.pelliron.com, is not registered in the Registry of Authorized and Licensed Entities on the capital market. Therefore, it does not hold a permit to operate in the capital market of the Republic of Moldova. Additionally, no information has been found regarding the country where it is authorized to operate in the capital market. These clarifications come from the National Commission for Financial Markets (CNPF) following received complaints, IPN reports.
"CNPF recommends that, even when receiving investment training services, you avoid engaging with unauthorized platforms or brokers".
Complaints submitted to CNPF indicate that Pelliron has been associated with SRL “Double Case” and "Double Case Consulting-Group".
According to CNPF, information on entities authorized in other countries can be verified in the public financial supervisory registers available on the websites of authorities such as ESMA, FCA, FINMA, CySEC, etc.
Before investing, it is advisable to check public warnings issued by international organizations or foreign supervisory authorities regarding unauthorized entities, notes CNPF. The institution also highlights a public warning issued by IOSCO on its website concerning the mentioned company.
The Commission urges investors not to share personal information - such as identity details, account or payment card information, phone numbers, or email addresses - with unknown individuals and not to transfer money without proper verification.
Additionally, CNPF warns of the risks of investment losses when receiving advice from companies or individuals promoting offers that promise quick and enormous profits.
