The minimum temperatures will vary between minus 13 and minus 18 degrees Celsius at night. According to Tatiana Strugac, the temperatures above zero are not something unusual for the end of January. Daytime temperature on January 22 was 13 degrees Celsius. Such temperatures are recorded once in five years.
