The Cosauti-Yampol ferry crossing at the border with Ukraine has become operational again this morning after being briefly shut down yesterday in a string of closures related to rising Nistru River levels.
The Border Police said in a press release that all border crossings are currently up and running.
No rainfall is expected to cause further ferry crossing interruptions along the Nistru as Moldova braces for a heat wave with highs ranging from 30 o 34 degrees Celsius.
