Deaf woman struck to death by car
A deaf and speech-impaired woman was violently hit by a car while she was crossing the street. The impact was so powerful that the woman died on the spot. Her body was dismembered. The accident happened on Dacia Blvd. in Chisinau this morning. The driver left the scene.
