The Government modified its decision of November 25, which concerns the optimal organization of the working and free time. Thus, December 12 was declared working day instead of December 25, when it is celebrated Christmas according to the Julian calendar, Info-Prim Neo reports. In the earlier decision of the Government, the working day instead of December 25 was December 19. The executive took into account the request of the church authorities, which consider it is not right to work on December 19, when it is observed Saint Nicholas. Prime Minister Vlad Filat recommended the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Family to be more attentive when drafting such decisions and consult all the authorities involved, including the church.
