Several days after winning again the title of Moldova’s discuss throwing champion, Dimitriana Surdu won also the International Championship of Romania that was held in Cluj-Napoca, IPN reports.

She threw the discus at a distance of 53.04 meters, being followed by Elena Mihaela Asmarandei, with the result of 47.36 meters. Dimitriana Surdu, 23, competed also in the Rio Olympic Games.

Moldova’s Diana Podoleanu ranked third in the 100 m race at the competition in Romania.
