The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices has a new director. This is Eremei Prisyajnyuk who was named to post by a Government decision on June 3 following the approval of the resignation of current director Silvia Cibotari, IPN reports.

The Government’s secretary general Liliana Iaconi said that Silvia Cibotari is dismissed from post based on her resignation. She will step down on June 5. The new director will take over on June 9.

In the same meeting, the Government appointed Anatolie Ghilaș as director general of the Agency for Land Relations and Cadaster.  He will take up his duties on June 4.
