The prices of the documents that will be apostilled in an emergency regime will be lower. They may be even halved, depending on the execution term, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a Government Decision. The executive also established new emergency terms: five days, three days and six hours. The apostile put on documents within five days will cost 150 lei for private individuals, including 100 lei the state tax and 50 lei the emergency tax. The same service provided in three days will cost 200 lei, while in six hours – 400 lei. The tax for legal entities will be 250 lei (five days), 300 lei (three days) and, respectively, 600 lei (six hours). Now the tax is 600 lei for private individuals and 1 200 lei for legal entities. The persons who want to get an apostille quicker than within ten, five or three days must submit an additional application and pay the difference in price.
