The Court of Appeals sentenced the two criminals who killed a family couple in Durlesti town of Chisinau municipality last July to 25 years’ imprisonment each, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, the prosecutors proved that in July 2010 the culprits prepared the means needed to break into the victim’s home and rented a vehicle for transporting the stolen goods. After they convinced themselves that the man and woman fell asleep, they entered the house. The attackers strangled the couple to death after one of the two offenders was unmasked. The prosecutors demand that the culprits be given life.
