The Ministry of Education and Research, in cooperation with “Ion Creangă” State Teacher Training University, will implement the “Practical Human Pedagogy” program intended for teachers of general education institutions. The training will take place between October 28 and November 1.

A sum of 200,000 lei weas allocated from the Ministry’s budget for teacher training services. The program centers on theoretical training and practical application of pedagogical concepts in various educational contexts, with the aim of contributing to the development of competent and empathetic teachers.

The program is planned for 25 general education institutions located primarily in Chisinau and in the districts of Strășeni, Ialoveni, Criuleni, and Anenii Noi. “Given that it is a relatively new program, the Ministry of Education and Research proposed to pilot it in a number of districts. We note that the subsequent project will be extended to the national level,” Sergiu Coceaș, senior consultant in the General Education Management Division of the Ministry of Education and Research, has told IPN.

The training courses will involve groups of about 100 people, a deputy director and three teachers from each institution, and the deadline for enrolling in the program is October 20.
