A 14-year-old boy accidentally shot his brother aged 13. The tragedy happened in Alexeevca village of Floresti district, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Ministry of the Interior. On August 3, minors’ parents returned from Russia, from where the father bought an airgun. The brothers took the rifle to load it. Inadvertently, the older brother fired, injuring his younger brother in the right side of the thorax. The child was rushed to the Floresti district hospital. He died as a result of internal hemorrhage. Legal action was taken under Article 149, paragraph 1 of the Penal Code “Unintentional Murder”.
