The National Employment Agency will hire 43 new employees who will be responsible for the social inclusion of people with disabilities. The employments will be made in line with the Strategy on the social inclusion of this group of people, reports Info-Prim Neo. According to Minister of Labor, Social Protection and Family Valentina Buliga, the contest has already been announced, and the budget and employment regulation already approved. Currently, applications of potential candidates are being collected throughout the country. Valentina Buliga says that the news policies in the field aim to improve social protection measures, among other, by offering social aid and compensation payments for people with movement disabilities, by granting the right to people with severe movement disabilities to import vehicles with tax discounts effective from 2014, and by ensuring constant access to assistive devices. The Minister also said that she proposed the Government to increase welfare starting 2013. Over 900 million lei were allocated this year from the State Budget for the support of people with disabilities.
