The implementation of the legislation in the energy sector will be discussed in hearings in Parliament on March 21. The discussions will involve representatives of Parliament, the Ministry of Economy and of the National Agency for Energy Regulation and diplomats, IPN reports.
According to the legislature’ press service, the rapporteurs will present information about the transposition of the legislative energy package III and the plan of action for implementing it. The representatives of the Ministry of Economy will speak about the implementation of energy infrastructure projects, purchase of electrical power at competitive prices and the support required of Parliament to advance.
The hearings start at 11am. They are staged on the initiative of Speaker of Parliament Andrian Candu.
