Eugeniu Rybka tendered his resignation from the post of chairman of the Supervisory Board of the national public broadcaster Teleradio-Moldova. However, he will continue to be a member of the Board.
The post of Supervisory Board chairman will fall vacant on September 1. “Until then, I will continue to hold the post if a new chairman is not elected. I hope my colleagues will identify a candidate for this post by then,” Eugeniu Rybka has told Info-Prim Neo. He avoided saying the reasons why he quit.
The Supervisory Board is to select a candidate from among the members of the Board. A contest may be held if there is more than one candidate.
Eugeniu Rybka has held the post of Supervisory Board chairman since December 29, 2009.
