The Minister of the Interior of Moldova will take part in the third meeting of the Committee of Internal Affairs Ministers of the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe. Victor Catan will participate in the meeting alongside Ministers of the Interior of the EU member states and from Southeastern Europe, high-ranking officials of international police organizations, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Ministry of the Interior. Victor Catan, together with counterparts from other countries, will sign a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and support to the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe Secretariat and will take part in the adoption of a joint statement of the Internal Affairs Ministers of the region. The third meeting of the Committee of Internal Affairs Ministers of the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeastern Europe will take place in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia during May 20-21. It is organized by the Ministry of the Interior of Bulgaria under the Bulgarian Chairmanship of the Convention.
