I dress up and perform as if I’m on the greatest stage,” pop music singer Anisoara Puica said in an interview for Info-Prim Neo. For Anisoara Puica, 2009 was a year with many accomplishments. She hopes 2010 will be as fruitful and she will have the possibility of entertaining the public with new, beautiful songs. The singer did not feel the economic crisis last year. She managed to record several new hits, including “The Night of the First Kiss” composed by Dinu Matveevici under the verses of Elena Raileanu, “The Gypsies are Going by”, an old folk song that she heard from her parents, and others. “The greatest accomplishment last year was the appearance of the new album “The Second Youth Started”. Many of my colleagues said their albums do not sell. Mine was sold in a large number,” the singer said. “I’m grateful to my fans who support me in what I do. I thank them for this.” The album contains many songs for the soul that already became hits. “The Second Youth Started”, “Today is My Birthday”, “Tears of Mother”, which was recorded together with “Lautarii” orchestra and arranged by Nicolae Botgros, “My teachers” are only some of the songs included in the album. “I am very attentive when I chose the texts of the songs. Their message is very important to me. I like working with the author of texts and music Maria Stoianov. We arranged many songs together,” Anisoara Puica said. “Many Moldovans living abroad invite me to give concerts in Italy, Spain, Israel, Portugal, France, but I do not manage to plan these tours yet.” Anisoara Puica wishes to be healthy in 2010 so as to be able to work on new songs. She also wants to give a large-scale concert. “When you launch an album, you must also hold a concert,” the singer said, adding she wants very much that the tickets for the concert sell during five days as in 2009.
