Exhibition focusing on Eminescu opened in Chisinau
The Exhibitions Center “Constantin Brancusi” is housing an exhibition centering on the work and life of Mihai Eminescu. It is staged for the eighth time on the eve of the day when the great poet was born.
The Center's head Mihai Mungiu has told Info-Prim Neo that the exhibit includes works from practically all the genders of art. Eighty-seven paintings, portraits, landscapes, sculptures, decorations and other types of works are there on display.
The works were made by painters Eudochia Zavtur, Tudor Zbarnea, Igor Isac, sculptors Iurie Canasin, Grigore Sultan and the late sculptor Tudor Cataraga.
The exhibition will continue until January 30.
