Statistical data show the number of people suffering from acute gastric diseases increases during the Easter holidays, when the people eat different types of food after the long Lent. The patients will be able to see a doctor even if it is a public holiday, Suveica said. Tatiana Nagnibeda-Tverdohleb, the head of the Division of Education, Youth and Sport, announced that the students will be on vacation between April 5 and 12. The supply of heat to medical and education institutions was stopped, with the exception of the Maternity Hospital No. 2, the Infectious Diseases Hospital located on Lomonosov Street, the kindergartens and two boarding schools.
