FC Dacia has terminated its contract with Marius Calin. The Romanian 26-year-old midfielder played for the Chisinau-based club for more than three seasons. Except for the UEFA Cup matches against Serbia's FC Borac this summer, Calin was barely seen in Dacia's colors. Apparently the reason for Calin's departure is that Dacia's current coach Dmitri Pilipciuc is not quite happy with his play. Calin is the second player to leave Dacia in the last week after Manuel Amarandei, also a Romanian, fell from the technical staff's good graces. Sources within Dacia told Info-Prim Neo goalkeeper Denis Romanenco could be the next to leave the club, “for a number of personal reasons”.
