Fir trees to the value of over 900,000 lei have been imported into Moldova for sale. The first trees were brought into the country after December 15. About 80,000 firs had been imported by this date last year, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Customs Service. The trees into Moldova are brought from Austria and Ukraine. Their prices on the market are set by the traders individually. This year, the imported fir trees were measured in tonnes. As many as 62 tonnes of firs have been brought into Moldova by December 21.
