[ - Florentin Serban, what teams have you played for earlier and how have come to Moldova?] - I played for FC Caracal, Drobeta Turnul Severin in the Second League in Romania. There was a time when I played for Universitatea Craiova. The idea to continue my career in Moldova belongs to my impresario Marian Mitran, and I don't regret, it's OK for me to play for Iskra-Stal. [ - How do you adapt yourself in the Rabnita team?] - Although I am not fully prepared, I have managed to adapt myself wonderfully. I scored five times and this is also important. Would you like to transfer to a more prestigious team or you are fine so far with the Moldovan championship?] - Certainly I'd like to go further and follow the way of my fellow countrymen Razvan Cocis or George Florescu. The National Division is a good launching pad for the big clubs from Russia or Ukraine. For the time being, I try to get into shape and show my value in this club. It's too early to speak of a transfer. [ - At your 25, you're one of the most experienced players of Iskra-Stal, Rabnita. Is this position pressing you or just the opposite?] - A player starts to show his value after 23 years old only; till then he is forming himself and gains experience. I am not worried with the young age of my team mates, on the contrary we have found common ground and we're getting along fine. The atmosphere in the staff is pleasant and friendly. [ - You're meeting the Chisinau team Zimbru in the next leg, how do the preparations go and what are the team's objectives?] - The training for the match of September 21 start on September 16. It's the first strong team that I'm going to meet, and only then I will be able to make comparisons. Iskra Stal is OK in the top and our goal is to gain a place which would allow us to play for the European cups.
