Two men from Calarasi, who formed part of a criminal group, are suspected of illegally distributing marijuana in very large quantities in Nisporeni district. The men were arrested immediately after they sold 2.4 kg of narcotics to persons under cover, IPN reports

According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, one of the suspects earlier worked in the police force. The Nisporeni Prosecutor’s Office issued the men with the indictment and ordered holding them for 30 days.

The men face up to 15 years in jail for drug distribution.
