Another three pedestals for hoisting the flag of Moldova will be installed. According to a communiqué from the Government, on June 30 Prime Minister Vlad Filat signed an order regarding the building of these pedestals, reports Info-Prim Neo. The flags will be hoisted in communes Vadeni of Soroca district, in Balanesti of Nisporeni district, and in Larguta of Cantemir district. On April 27, the celebration of Flag Day, a large flag, measuring 7 meters in length and 3.5 m in height, was hoisted in front of the Government building, being the largest tricolor in our country’s history. Back then Vlad Filat announced that similar flags will be hoisted in three other locations within the country. The pedestals are to be built by April 27, 2013.
